I had a great experience with Dr. Balderston's office. The staff there are friendly and professional. This was the best experiences I've ever had at a dental office. I would definelty recommend this office to my friends and peers. They are honest and definetly trust worthy. I also have Delta Dental and my insurance covered what they should have covered. I am sorry someone else has had a bad experience but I was just at the office a few times and its a great place to go!

My main complaint is with the integrity of the practice. I have Delta Dental Insurance, and this office was listed as a Preferred Provider. It wasn't until after I had had a cleaning, 2 fillings and a crown done that I was informed that Dr. Kyle was the Preferred Provider, not Dr. Carrel. They said it was Delta Dental's fault and Delta said it was the Dr.'s fault and they were currently in litigation. NOT MY PROBLEM. I eventually got SOME of my money back, but I don't think it was ethical for them to not tell me up front that they were having trouble with my insurance company. They obviously didn't want to mention it until they had done some work in my mouth so that I would owe them. I will never go back.
