User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been a student of mrs neals for a number of years. It is because of her i was able to run and win missette butte county. I believe that Mrs Kathy was firm but an amazing director. She has a heart for music, theater, and dance. Unfortunatly iI dont have the amazing pleasure of working with her anymore, but i am glad she taught me what she did. Such things have helped me to grow up with an extreme passion and love for the arts. She always showed a love for her students. She never put one above the other. She was fair, she also knew what needed to be done. It was great honor to preform lead roles with this amazing lady. Thanks Mrs Kathy!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been with Miss Kathy Neal's dance class since I was 5 years old. I'm now 19 and on the dance team at Butte College. Over the years Miss Kathy has taught me much about life, music and dance. She has become more like the Southern mother every person should have. When you walk in her studio door you not only become one of Miss Kathy's students, you become part of her family and one of her best friends. Any child or parent that complains about Miss Kathy is only complaining because of their child's severe lack of discipline which is can only blamed on the parents. If you want a daycare where your child can skip around and do nothing, try the Stompin Feet place in the alley between the tattoo shop and the beauty shop downtown. If you want a place where your child is taught the fundamentals of dance and theatre, where they enter the door expecting to learn a few dance steps and leave with a sense of family, a knowledge of the history of dance and theatre as well as knowing several specialities of dance, then Miss Kathy's Creative Arts Centre is the only place worth your time to go. This woman cares more about her extended dance family than anyone can imagine. Miss Kathy has been a part of my family and I of hers since I was 5 years old. She's been dancing since before most of these new teachers were even born. She has degrees to show she knows what she's talking about and what she teaches. She's simply amazing and I simply can't imagine how it must be for other people to not have her in their lives at least two days a week for most of their lives. She's taught me so much and I know that other people missing out on so many things by not being in one of her classes

My children have been with Ms. Kathy for fifteen years. My children have gained a confidence that could have not been attained any other way. My girls have learned pointe at the appropriate ages for their safety and knowledge. Also, Ms. Kathy has a Masters Degree in theater and dance, along with over forty-five years of dance experience. For anyone who thinks she is doing this for the money should sit with her. Also, my son was also a raisinette and he enjoyed competing in the state competition in Redding along with the other group members. who won several talent shows as a group. Yes there is discipline which is necessary for safe learning enviroment, I have never met a woman who has shared love and affection for her students like Kathy. Any questions feel free to email me.

are you freaking kidding me. Kathy only has like 20 students. i always hear about how Kathy yells at her students and HITS them. this little girl that i know had a big bruise on her head from Kathy hitting her with a tap shoe!!! and she cant even dance very well because shes so old! stamp your feet is 10 times better then Kathy Neal's place will ever be!!!! kids there actually know how to dance no one gets hurt every one has fun and its a great place for the hole family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You realize your comments with out supported proof can be considered libel and it is very possible you can be prosecuted. In the future I recommend that you have all your facts as well as proof before expressing such negative comments. As well as learning how to spell it is whole as being a part of, not hole in the ground.
