Chronic fatigue syndrome. That's what this place suffers from. The menu is tired, the space is tired, the kitchen if you dare to peak on your way to the worn out bathrooms is scarily tired. We ordered some appetizers. One was "spicy sicilian sausage slices". Turned out to be Kielbasa (Italian restaurant?) with a catsup/BBQ sauce concoction. It couldn't have cost 30 cents, it was horrid and cost like 6 bucks. read "Tourist Trap".
Lousy service, bartenders seem to be socializing rather than working on keeping customers happy. Food was cold and marginal at best.
Their Calamari is King!: I've eaten at Cirino's for over 15 years. Some things come and go in life, but the quality of food, the professional staff, and the rustic but comfortable decor, have remained constant and top notch. Their Calamari, is bar none, the best I've ever eaten, ever will eat, and their mussels are also outstanding. During my last dining experience I tried, and enjoyed their lamb dish. It was, as usual, an outstanding entree. You can't go wrong with a trip to Cirino's, and no, I am NOT the owner or an employee of this restaurant, just a loyal customer with good taste.
