Maplewood Apartments

i have lived in many apartments and maplewood was by far the worst! i was first moved into an apartment that was infested with roaches they were very aware of the problem and never told me until i moved in and that night literally hundreds of roaches came out in the kitchen bathroom and all over walls.very scary area across from trailer park. no lights anywhere in parking lots or in complex you cant even see in front of you. drug dealers and bums hangin around all the time. the neighbors there were scary single parents living in 2 bedrooms with 8 children who liked to hangout in the parking lots and vandalize cars. deborah the manager was the worst she was very rude after she recieved her deposit. she was aware of all the drugs violence and chaos that was going on and did nothing she was more concerned with her 5 little children she had in a one bedroom above the office. whenever a maintenance man would finally come after 5 days when my shower wouldnt work or broken a.c. in july they would just hit on me and try and sell me drugs. they moved me into another bug infested apartment across the street because they refused to give me back my deposit. the next week the bugs were so bad they evicted 5 families out of that building to shut it down and exterminate and all with little children and no where to go. then moved people in again with the same problem. every one there owns a pitbull and at least 3 children were bitten while i lived there two were hospitalized. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you like loud, rude party people who are not afraid to do drugs in front of you and your kids this is the place for you.This has gone on for a while and nothing has really been done.Sometimes its nice here but not enough to make it count.Yuck.I heard someone say it is nice on the other side of the complex and all the losers are over here.Im not a loser, so thanks manager for putting me on this side.

my name is nicole and i live at maplewood apts.I have lived there for 3.5 years .I have seen alot of neighbors come and go .i like the location close to bus the store and my work .the new management is great .they come and fix my apt .when needed in a reasonable time .thats all .have a great day and god bless
