   I have been eating at your burger king on skyway for the pass year or so now, and for the most most part the servise is good, but as a concerned customer, i have witnessed on several occassion in the pass year the way your GM there has been rude and inconsiderate to the customers as well as to the employees under her charge. Like today for instence, i saw your GM there respond to a customer and argue with the customer about the chicken frys he did not get in his bag when he went through drive through, and the more she try telling the man she gave him his chicken fry, the more uptight your GM got with the man, and i must say, she rubed this poor guy so wrong that he blew his top, ani i dont blame him, she ,your GM, had such an angry look on her face, you can see the unprofessionalisim in her,. and that GMs name is Kelly im sure. Some one needs to tell her to calm down, and try to be more friendly to her guest, as well as her employees. I hope no other customers have to go through what that customer went through that day of 12/15/07...... i WILL BE WATCHING...

   i was in burger king today, and i must say i received the best service even better than most resraunts i go to. hat's off to that big guy who works at the register, i guess his name is jeff ; he gave the best service ... thank u
