My brother just bought a car from these guys (his first car he has ever bought) and the tranny started slipping within a week, both head light covers where glued on (those came off while trying to replace the bulbs) the tranny fluied looked black and the same with the oil, the main belt was about to break and the air filter (a simple thing to replace but wasn't) was cloged up. He took it back and they said that if he did somethings to see if it helped (lucas) for the tranny. If it didn't they would fix it. He did and it DIDN"T help and they said with a smile when I took it back "IT'S YOUR PROBLEM". They care NOT for their customers but just the money.
As I stated elsewhere, it is funny how some negative comments are posted by "no name" individuals that have NO commenting history about other businesses.
Leave one to think if there is any validity of the comment?
I have personally dealt with Super Shopper Auto sales in the past and was satisfied with service.
I feel if someone is going to review GOOD or Bad they should be VERY specific about the negatives so the Owners of Businesses can serve them better
I don't remember the guy's name. All I remember is that he is some old assclown that works at the dealership they have in corning by the 7-11. When I pointed out the things that were wrong with the car he said with a smile on his face, " That's not my problem. The car is sold 'as is.'" What kind of BS is that when he could tell that my brother didn't have much knowledge about purchasing a car. You tell me is that fair and or a nice thing to do? They don't even want the car back and it shows cuz the dam thing is a lawn ornament now. We even tried working out a deal with them about cutting the cost of what is owed with what it cost to put in a new transmission and they refused.

WARRANTIES ARE HAVE OF THE PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND THEY DON'T MAKE ANY BACK END ...CHARGING YOU HIGHER INTERES RATE,, I SPOKED TO MY FRIEND THE FINANCE MANAGER AND THIS WEEK THEY SOLD 12 CARS AT 3.39% RATE ....
