Depends what time of the day you go there whether or not you will get good service. The morning crew is much nicer and knows how to smile. The afternoon crew seems to think the customer is a hindrence. The girl with the long ever changing fingernails has been downright rude when I've ordered and barked the instructions to the one making the coffee.

The coffee tends to be weak and rarely tastes freshly brewed. The mochas and flvored lattes are so sweet and milky that I has wondered more than once if there is even coffee in it. I have heard rumors for years that they do not use expresso at all they only use the grounds from whatever the coffee of the day is. If this is true it would explain alot. I know they use THanksgiving so I am not sure why the drinks are so weak.

The food and menu items have always been fresh and fantastic but not enough to keep me coming back
