    I used to rent from Jan, besides her hideous personality, she was the worst landlord I ever had. She has a tendency to play favorites among her tenants. Heavens forbid your below her standards or you'll be treated like garbage.

    Worst property manager ever.: Jan manages the property I rent and the properties around me. Our driveway has potholes among many other minor inconvinces.
