I love this place. First off, the cheese on the burgers (all at least 1/4 lb) is allowed to melt down the sides of the burger so it gets `grill crisped'. Every topping is fresh. How do I know? I went back to thank the cook for a great mushroom jack and they showed me. This shows me pride of ownership. I have had a dozen different burgers here nad each is a wow, but the mushroom jack is my favorite. 2nd, the burgers are huge. Not just 1/4 lb, but a great job of stacking lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. The fries are excellent, and just a hint, if there are just 2 of you, order ONE order of fries. You will still not finish them all. Their onion rings are large and cooked right. 2nd, this is a small shop, seats maybe 18, and almost always filled with college kids. I am 57 but my attitude and brain are still 18. We watch the Giants game (tv there) and talk at detail about the players, or talk video games. They don't treat me like I'm older, and in fact, we are all one in Nobby-World....

This place is amazing they have the best burgers i have had in a long time. The buns are sooo good they remind me of fudruckers buns. They prepare them perfectly. if you get a nobby burger with bacon and cheese its amazing only problem is there not open monday or sunday
