User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDoc Aguiar's the best: I've been a client of his for 10+ years. All of the staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. Jerry is a UC Davis alum; a few years ago, one of my dogs had a very rare heart condition, the treatment for which would have been incredibly expensive. He arranged for her to be seen and treated at UCD, FREE, as a teaching aid. She lived for several more years, and when she died, he made a donation in her name to UCD. I still can't think of it without tearing up. He has a beautiful heart. My old dog now is 17 (the other one's niece) and I've moved 100 miles away, but I still bring her to him, because I trust them so much. I'm not alone in this; others travel to see him, also.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsA great Vet!: My wife and I have been going to Mid Valley Vet for several years.
The staff are outstanding and empathetic, and very helpful when working around my schedulr (I work unusual hours).
We have used the vet for routine pet care (yearly shots, etc), emergency care (our dog broke her leg), and unusual care...last year, we had to put our dog down, and the staff made a horrible situation tolerable.
I would, without hesitation, recommend Mid Valley Vet to anyone looking for pet care.
