I brought a bike in for repair with them on a Friday, they told me they would have it apart and know what needs to be done by Tuesday, latest Wednesday.

I called Tuesday, they said Wednesday (no biggy)

I called Wednesday, they told me that it was a complicated job and he needs a "specific" guy to look at it so Thursday.

I called Thursday, they said that the guy needed to look at it is halfway into a motor and is installing some exhaust headers then he would get to me.

I called Friday, and they said that they would have to call me back with part prices and an invoice. I never got a call back on Friday.

I called Saturday, they gave me the list of parts and I told them I would think about it.

I went in to the service department Tuesday (they are closed sundays and mondays) and told them what I wanted to be done. They gave me the okay and said they already had ordered most of the parts on Saturday so they should get there either Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. It should be a half hour job to put the parts in and an hour to put everything back in.

I called Wednesday to see if the parts came in, they said no.

I called Thursday to see if the parts came in, they said no and told me there was an error in there parts guy and they forgot to order one of the parts and they would get it on Friday on there next shipment and the guy told me he would personally grab it from the UPS guy and get started on it because I stressed that I needed the bike before Monday because summer school starts on the 8th.

I called Friday and after being on hold and listening to the guy rummage through some boxes, he told me the part didn't come in and I was looking at Tuesday.

I have been given some of the worst run around from any business. I was repeatedly told to NOT go to Chico Motorsports because of this but I thought maybe it was just one time, or I dont know.

Every time there was a delay on my bike I always got a sad story about how one of there mechanics was sick, or they were down to one guy, or the guy on the phone got left alone and had to unload 8 bikes by himself and thats why he couldnt get to it. Perhaps they are overworked and understaffed because they sell Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Yamaha, Lance, basically everything besides Honda. It shouldnt matter though I still have shitty service, and no bike and no way to get to school but to ride the bus or bum a ride from a friend.

I repeat DO NOT let Chico Motorsports touch your bike, there are plenty of other places in Red Bluff and Yuba City, and I think even in Gridley, hell I would drive to Sacramento over this place.
