User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOn 06/25/09, I had skyway towing tow my car. The tow company was instructed to drop off the vehicle by a repair location specified. Instead of doing so, they tried to drop it off IN FRONT of the repair facility. I saw them doing so, so i politely told them where they were supposed to park the vehicle. Skyway towing was also instructed to drop off the key to the mechanic shop. Instead of dropping off the key in the mechanic shop, they decided it would be a good idea to leave the key in the ignition, with the windows down, & the car unlocked. Is this standard operating procedure for this towing company? Thank god my car was still there in the morning.
