User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWill not go back ... poor customer service: None of our ideas were o.k., always in a hurry to rush us out. Our questions were not important, and eyes were rolled to every question or comment. We confirmed with them since they didn't ever contact us, and then last minute wanted directions (3 days prior) when (months prior) they said they had done business there in the past. Paid a delivery fee, and they were 45 minutes late! They were supposed to be there at 10:30 and arrived at 11:15. Not only was this inconvenient to us, the flower guy waited for them too. They were not even sorry when they arrived, they dropped off the cake and left before we could say anything to them. The cake had many compliments, but was not worth the headache of having to deal with their extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

rude service: The owners of the Cake Lady are the most rude and unpofessional people I have ever done business with! I had used the Cake Lady for years as a bakery. When the current owners purchased the shop I contiuned to patronize there. NO MORE!! Their nasty dispostion is well known in the community, I would strongly advise against doing business with these people.
F.Y.I. Cakes by Request are the former owners daughters.They do a great job!
In addition they are the sweetest gals to work with. All my bakery needs are well meet at CAKES BY REQUEST.
