User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI absolutely agree. This is by far the worst companies ever. They apparently dont get thier rent on time when you drop it in their "drop box" if they actually checked it checks would be on time. And when you call it is completely obvious that they screen your call and you always get voicemail except the receptionist who can not answer a single question. You leave 5 messages and 2 weeks pass you are lucky to get a call back. All problems with the property are not fixed in a timely manner and when they are "fixed" you have more problems down the road. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Also double check and keep all records. One of the ladies their whited out on your lease agreement and mailed it to me, and stated that I owed additional money. I went to the office and with the orginial release and showed her, she said nothing. I never got questioned again. It was illegal what she did and i am sure I am not the only person that has happened to. Dont rent form them.. they are nice til you sign the lease after that it is all problems.

This property management sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The absolute worst place I have ever had a part of!!!!!!!!!!!!! I find it hard to believe that anyone would have a good thing to say about them. They are rude inside the office!!!! They say that you haven't paid your rent when you have!!!!!!! They never call back on a maintenace call and when you finally get ahold of them, nothing is ever fixed in a timely manner. Slum Lords. Stupid people!!!!! You should really reconsider renting from them but if you do, then good luck to you!! You're going to need it.

Love this company! The office was welcoming and friendly. The staff was genuinely interested in helping me find a new place to dwell. They even offered me tea to drink and were open on Saturday!
