    RENTER BEWARE!!!!! I lived in a unit with no power in half of the house, it was never repaired, even after numerous phone calls. Plumbing, same situation. According to the plumber who finally came out, this was an ongoing problem at this unit. Charged over $500 for basic cleaning after move out (carpet cleaning/paint) I lived there over a year. Don't expect $$ back on your deposit, or the office staff to be remotely helpful in any way....they'll transfer you to voice mail, and if you call back they'll hang up on you mid sentence. Wonderful customer service......NOT!

    The office is warm and welcoming. The staff are professional, curtious and helpful. The maintenance staff are reliable and speedy to any request I've ever had. Thank you RPM... Your awesome!

    What can I say? The people are friendly, but the maintenance is atrocious. Most of the time whenever I've called they've ended up just sending a plumber and then billing me even if I wasn't at fault. And then there's the very stringent late payment policy.
