User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBuyer Beware: To make a long story short, I took my car in for an oil change and ONLY an oil change. Unbeknownst to me, the gentleman who serviced my car did more and I am now w/o a car till Aug. when I can afford the $200, $30 for gas alone, to drive out of town and pick up the part I need. Since this has happened, I've run into at least 2 other families who have encountered negative experiences with this same Midas. One family was put in danger as was mine, driving our children around. Disturbed is just one word on how I'm feeling. There's so much more to what happened with me at this Midas, but I feel it's perhaps best left for another place and time.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis Midas has no Golden Touch: I am sorry to say that my experience with this facility has been horrible.
My wife took her car in to get an oil change and now we are having to replace a wheel hub at the cost of $150.00.
If that is not bad enough, the owner has a really difficult time being compassionate and caring to his customers and their needs.
I could go into detail, and I will on my website or blog.
My advice...? Steer clear of this shop of 'Experts' - there are many other facilities where you'll be treated with respect and they won't take their angst out on your car or its parts.
