Nah.. I dont recommend Lithia at all.
traded in a 2002 nissan maxima with 60k on it, BEAUTIFUL car in EXCELLENT condition(she was my baby), worth easily $10k to $12k on the street.. sales manager offered me $1,500!!! when i walked out, he stopped me and asked what it would take to get me in the truck i was lookin at.. i stood FIRM and got what i wanted for the trade-in. needless to say, sales manager was very unhappy. long story short, Finance cashed in 2 POST-DATED checks over 1 month in advance, the "Free Oil Changes for Life" scam is EXACTLY that(they find some reason to make me pay, EVERYtime!), the wrap-around warranty i got suckered into is nothing short of doing business with a highway robber, and never once has my girlfriend been treated like an intelligent woman when she is forced to deal with the Service Dept. ETC ETC ETC..
in summary: LITHIA SUX. STAY AWAY.
i had a 97 toyota tacoma 4 wheel drive v6 that i purchased for about 16000.veary good truck.i put 300,000 miles on it before it was that time to trade it in.i purchased a different make of pick up and was not happy with it so i started to check out lithia off cypris.there vehicles were way overpriced..lol..lol.and what is realy funny is i came across my old pick up.they did a little tlc to it but my anicials were still carved in the bed liner lol..i traded it to a different car lot and it ended up there with half the miles originaly on it and i owned it for 6 years and in 2005 they were asking more for it than i origonaly payed...lol i could not beleive it.
NIGHTMARE! Bought a used vehicle from them and they showed a clear carfax. Later discover that the front and left side had been in an accident and repainted. The car had belonged to the sales manager's mother in law, who was the only owner. He knew about the accident... Then, a couple weeks later, they tell us they need the car to do a vin verification on it, due to being from out of state. The word around town is to stay away from there, but I figured I'd try... I will never buy a car from Lithia...

Yes, nightmare indeed! This is coming from a former sales person at Lithia Toyota. The mistreatment of the inventory and customers is horrific!
We tried to buy a truck and they asked what it would take to drive it home. We came back with an offer and Gary went berzerk. Said we wasted his guys time What? Isn't that what sales people do? answer questions. We are not wheeler dealers just wanted to buy a truck. He was the rudest person I've ever seen in a business Awful Why is this jerk still there?
