I shopped at YC Toyota first as it was local but the both salesmanagers were too rude, too pushy way over priced. I saved $12K in Elk Grove.
Later I went in for an oil change & they screwed up several items on the service of my new truck. The service writers are too busy pushing high-profit items & offer poor customer service. Too bad we have to drive out of Yuba City for better service! Buyer Beware!
Very poor customer service. I bought my New 2008 Toyota Scion. They were all around me when I was there to buy my car. They worked hard to get me car loan. They even said to me that they would be in service when ever there would be any problem with my car. Now my car is making weird shifting noise ( it has problem with its transmission) and I took my car to the service 5 times and they cannot fix the problem. They say that I am just making things up. They want me to prove that in front of them that my car has problem. I went for car test drive with them for 2 times. Even they listen to the wired noise that my car makes; they are not willing to admit that. I should have bought my car somewhere else. If you go to the service desk, they deliberately make to wait at the desk before they listen to your problem. One day I had to go pick up my son from the baby sitter and they did not care and made me wait for an hour at their service station. They are not good. I am thinking about hiring a lawyer to get my car fixed. It is too much. I am a full time student and mother of 2 years old son. I bought new car so that I would not have to go to mechanic very often. But still I am at mechanic every week. I regret going to Yuba City Toyota. Please tell me where I can hire a lawyer to get my car fixed new car 2008 Toyota weird....
Treated like I was the problem...: I walked in and described that my New car (purchased there) was drifting to the right and I was treated like I was a bother to the service department by a short overweight man at the counter. The service department was too busy for my issue. I had to bring the NEW car back 3 times before the car was fixed. I take my car to a mechanic I trust that values my business.
