User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsYeah, it does have that 1970's feel to it, but in a good way. Big comfy overstuffed pleather chairs, etc.
Great bartender, fast service, and really, really, good looking women stop in frequently. Mostly younger crowd. In the downtown area.
Yeah the decor could be updated, but it works, it's not rundown. Not ever really crowded. If you've got something to say over drinks in Redding, this is the place, especially if what you've got is on the down low.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Squire Room: I've been there in my travels and what's most outstanding about this place is the bartender. His photographic memory is such that you can walk away from the place for months, come back, and he'll have your drink waiting. Vintage, comfortable, friendly place best enjoyed in the dark with friends.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOld Skol style, I love it!: I'm not a bar person, at all, but I feel comfortable in this loungy atmosphere. The lighting is nice and dim, the bar tender is very nice and the drinks are strong! Nice place to just sit and relax.
