User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have a twin brother and you continue to rent to him on my account even though it is noted numerous times NOT to. This is getting old and it also says to ask for I.D. What is your problem? I am getting tried of the way things are handled down there and would like someone to fix the problem and say sorry to me. I am also tried of having to call go through the process of explaining this over and over it is unfair and time consuming. Please try to not let this happen again??? Please????
