Without my computer, I am out of business. Ken instantly solves my every problem...and undercharges me to boot. Moreover, he gives me immediate, kind, uncondescending answers to my most inane questions. ("Uh, Ken, how do I turn this thing on?") Add to that the fact that he built me the FASTEST, HIGHEST QUALITY, MOST AMAZING computer I have ever seen...and for far less than I would have spent for comparable equipment purchased through my employer, and you have the inescapable conclusion that Ken Roberts is a National Treasure.

    Hi There Ken,

Thank you now I can save all that stuff that you told me to back up and save that I never did. Thank-you. I will be in again Friday.... with my other Lap top ( I messed it up, just a little) I really recomend you to all my friends and clients and even thou u r so generous with your time and knowledge I do remind them that you r a "bussinessman" and to pay, tip, or whatever one would call it........ Thanks again Ken for saving me much time and money.......
Bye the way everyone who may not Know... I had a frayed power cord that actually caught on fire with a poof and smoke and all. I wanted to leave my old girl with ken to check out. He really thought, by my decription she was gone. Showed me how to get on E-bay and order myself a new power cord for 12.00......... and after what about 30 mins. was not going to charge me...... I think not........ come on..he saved me a ton... I paid a bit (not enough) but i did. When I call him with questions I pay him .
    Thanks Ken.

Recently, my laptop computer screen started to flicker when I first booted up the machine.

At the time I thought that I may have been infected by a virus or that my motherboard was going bad. As such, I decided to bring my computer to Castle Computer Systems on Bechelli Lane in Redding.

I met Ken, a super nice fellow who listened to my explaination and then evaluated the condition of my machine. In a short period of time, Ken stated that my laptop was actually running well, but that two screws were missing from the display. As a result, the pannel connector was loose and this was causing the screen to sometimes flicker.

Ken quickly replaced these two screws, and slso ran a virus scan for me. When he was finished, my laptop worked perfectly and I was extremely relieved and happy.

And now for the best part... Do you know what he charged me? Are you ready?, Nothing! Now that's what I call excellent customer service!

In closing, if you need your computer checked out, repaired or serviced, but are wondering where to take your machine, may I suggest that you bring it to Castle Computer Systems.

I had a good experience with them and left the store feeling great.
