User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThis jiffy lube is not the greatest. They try and get you to buy unecessary items. As do all im sure, however, they said they vacumed my floors. They only vacumed my mats, those werent even dirty. The jiffy lube i used to go to made sure everything was vacumed. I do not recommend this jiffy lube. You may not agree, but i am very anal when it comes to my floors.

Second visit wasn't as good as the first one. The tech named "Tim" was the laziest guy working there. I took a car that I just bought for a $95 radiator flush. Tim had it done in less than 9 mins. When I checked his work, he didn't even clean out the radiator overflow bottle. The bottle was still full of sediments and rust! I later cleaned it out myself when I got home. I also asked him if he could update the owner's info of the car to my name... of course he said he'd would make the changes but right in front of me... he click pass the profile screen and told me he forgot? What a lazy as*!!! In addition, I asked for the military discount. I don't think he knew how. Instead he replied the shop doesn't give military discounts! I told I got a discount on my last visit... he replied with a deal... He gave me $4 buck off??? what a deal... not!!! Avoid "Tim" at all cost! He's the African-American guy that works there.
