I tried this carwash and thought the staff was very friendly and professional. My car was cleaned well which was great because I hate washing my own car. This was my first visit and will probably return. Also the young man who gave me my keys, got my door. Nice touch.

I had my 2006 Mustang GT washed at this business. The employee over revved the engine and spun the tires so much that I could smell the burning rubber. The manager stated that he knew the employee and his family and would do nothing about it. I do not recommend using this business.

Ok, I decided try this place out. I have been here for a year and thought , Hey I see lots of car coming in and out of here.BIG MISTAKE! The 1st clue that this place was garbage is that I asked if they offered Military discount and I was told no, no big deal , some places do , some don't. When I went back to ask why the owner didn't offer any discounts with this many Military people living in the city, I got this as an answer, "Well the Senior discount is only a dollar and the prices is already discounted" So then what, everyone gets the discount, but theres no other discount? Again this is not the biggest of their problems. By the way their best wash, came out to a total of 27.00+. This will come into play later.

2. For a 27.00 plus car wash you'd expect a clean car right? The car was dried in less than 10 mins with inside and tires shined. I was kinda surprised that they were already handing my keys back to me, this fast. I saw that the trunk of my new car (1st time taking it to a car wash ) still had water on it, again no big deal, I asked one of the 2 guys working on my car to dry it off, and he did. I decided to check for other spots. I found 5-7 other spots that were still dirty. Again this is a 27.00+ car wash. The hub caps were still dirty (all four) the bumper still had a lot of bug guts on them,he tried to clean then for about 15 seconds and then he gave up I guess, the bottom rear fender of the car had dirt on it , basically I spent over 3-5 mins going over dirty spots on the car with him. I finally decided to just take my car and get out. I was still about to tips this guys 2 bucks despite my disbelief of my awesome 27.00+ car wash ( aka "The Works" ) but after further thinking in my head that I would never , everrrrrrr come here again , I decided my 2 dollars would be better spent elsewhere. Maybe I'm blowing this out of proportion or maybe there have been many like me that just decided not to write anything on this car wash. I would feel like an ass if one more person had to go through what I went through and I hope people don't stand for this crap any more from any business . Last note, I get home to see what was still dirty, I found another 5-10 mins worth of cleaning I'm going to have to do cause apparently a 27.00 dollar dosn't cover cleaning around the car emblem, the inside windows are still dirty and dirt all over the window seals and underneath the rear bumper, I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't get my wax that they spray on while it gets washed since you can't see that part of the car wash. All I can say is "Hey my car smells good from 27.00+ car wash.
