User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHigh Performance has done our carpets twice and the first time I stepped into my new clean carpeted house I was AMAZED. I have two toddlers and they never fail to amaze me what they can mush into the carpet. The carpet was actually fluffy as if it were brand new. They were not able to lift my lipstick my kids colored a small part of my carpet with but it's not noticeable anyways. The only con I can say is that both times they were more than an hour late. However, they gave us free carpet protector at no extra charge and were apologetic and friendly. Will definitely call them again and again!

Doug and Tammy,
It was great meeting you and I just wanted to thank you for the GREAT JOB you did cleaning my motherâs carpets. You can use this as a testimonial, and I never give testimonials. Just to let people know, my mother had surgery a week ago and was being released home. I was late in trying to get her carpets cleaned and only had 24 hour notice to have it cleaned. I spoke with Tammy and explained my circumstances. She told me they would arrange their schedule to be able to get the job done. The day I called they had a full schedule, but came at 5:30 pm and worked till 8:30 pm. My mom has a large black lab that sheds a lot. This job was no easy task. Tammy and Doug worked very hard and did a FANTASTIC JOB of cleaning the carpets. They have possibly the finest equipment in the area, but what really impressed me were the people. There are none finer. From now on, I know that Doug and Tammy will get the call to clean our family's carpets. The bottom line is that they really care about customer service; it's not just a sales pitch. Enormous thanks and much success, you and your company are "AWESOME"!

We had High Performance Carpet Cleaning clean after the big fires. They were very prompt and professional with their work they completed all the jobs that were requested of them and left the place very clean and neat. We appreciated there service.
