    In store service was good. But if you need to call them you might as well drive to the store. To get through on the phone is impossible. It either rings forever or you get dumped out of the system if you try to get the operator. Tip of the day go thru the Geek Squad extension. I would rather do business with a company that has a decent phone system and one that they actually answer.

    Best Buy frickin rules your face. The help there is amazing. The prices pretty much make my brain explode, and their services are revolutionary.
