I recently went to Red Bluff Ford and bought a 2006 Honda Accord from Zach White. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I just love my car and the excellent service I received.
Everybody knowns not to do business with Red Bluff Ford. Where to start? 1. sold me a $80.00 battery 2. forgot a bolt when they fixed my brakes. Oh, and did me the gracious favor of fixing it for free while keeping my "coupon towards your next visit." I guess when they fix your car they know you have to bring it right back. 3.I had to pry the information from the service department about their mistake. 3. retracted "approved financing" after someone drives a car of the lot over the weekend (friends story). If you are every at a party in Red Bluff ask the other person about Red Bluff Ford, Its a great ice breaker. Recently lead to an hour long discussion, everybody has a story about this place
Pushy and customer service needs improvement: We bought a Mercury Sable here about 2 years ago now and I have not been happy with the dealership.. The car is fine now. BUT the dealership is pushy when it comes to the "right price" as they say, its for them not for the customer.. The sales people are extreemely pushy and try to confuse you by throwing all sorts of numbers out at you..Then when I would not agree to what they said they tryed to switch cars on me to a cheaper car. They kept trying to get me to agree to a monthly price for them even when I had already came in with a preapproved amount with my credit union.. They were not at all willing to take any amount except the STICKER price only! I had a print out from their internet site that morning for the same car, haveing 1000 dollars cheaper price then at the dealership and they tryed as hard as they could to weasel out of it... The sales lady was sweet but made lots of promises that they never followed through on...Afterwards we sat around for hours just waiting for them to wash the car.. and they tryed to get me to drive back and forth ( an hour each way) several times to fix little problems with the car, each time waiting hours to fix a simple thing... They tryed to take my custom mats I had placed in my new car several times, and during serviceing they changed the presets on my radio.. I could write much more but I wont.. I will not ever be back to them for any reason..

Gosh are you so NOT kidding.. I only touched on the surface whith my review.. I will never go there again...
