User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI'm calling on saturday to find out if they are open and the last 2 hours I got nothing but a busy tone. I called them up one day to ask what the expiration date was on my P.O. Box and the lady who answered the phone sounded like she was ready to bite my head off when I asked her for the deadline. I don't expect civil "servants" to be happy and cheery like they're an automated fast food drive thru recording. But at least be monotone or dull not rude.. The funny part was she barked at me that I should have gotten a notice in the mail. I told her that's why I have a P.O. Box. because Mail isn't delivered to my house. What a dumb ass.
