User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI rarely rate anything five stars. As customer service is what I do for a living, something needs to have exceptional customer service to get that high of a rating. Don, the caretaker of Spruce Grove knows customer service. With his warm attitude and demeanor he accomodated us on an early arrival because the cabin was not used the night before so it was readily available. The grounds were in beautiful shape with green grass, beautiful trees, a hammock, a couple of love seat swings, and chairs to hang out in...which we did a couple of times while our lab and other guest's dogs ran around and played. Don has created an atmosphere that is inviting, beautiful and easy to fall in love with. We will definitely return!
