Starbucks

Obviously, like all Starbucks, the coffee and drinks taste wonderful, but one thing was lacking in this Starbucks. My family and I came here after a long day of skiing and ice skating. First of all, the workers behind the counter got my friend's sister's order wrong. She went up to the counter and asked the man behind the counter to change her drink. The man said, "Sure," casually and did nothing about it for fifteen minutes just because she was a child. I feel bad actually docking the star rating for this Starbucks because of this one ignorant man working the drink station, but I must because it is a part of the quality of the restaurant and to alert the restaurant's staff, especisally that one man at the drink station.
