I think the service was great when I went there, the owner - Timmy - was very friendly and he made me smile a lot with his jokes. I'm happy with their service and I guess whoever came there and didn't have what they wanted, I fell sorry for them. I think sometimes they have a good and bad day. I think the ladies named Vivian or Diem do very good job there. You can check out.

My experience with Lovely Nails 2 was ok. The finished look of my manicure was very nice but the service wasn't very good. They would only talk to eachother instead of me. When I asked a question about the products, they were cold.

I am extremely disappointed in Lovely Nails 2, this is the 3rd time in approx 4 years I have went there and I keep telling myself I will never go back, but it is close to home and I keeping hoping it has changed. Well today was it for sure! The nail art one lady does is great, however getting her is like pulling teeth. I took a friend from the mainland there and asked for the lady who does the pretty flowers to do all her flowers on her hands and feet. We sat to have our feet done and another tech started doing her feet and then started painting the flower. She told us not to worry all the flowers would look the same, well that was a lie. My friend started getting her nails done from the lady we asked for and she did a similar flower with different colors NOT WHAT WE WANTED OR ASKED FOR! The guy I believe Timmy (the owner) is his name did my friends fill and she asked for gel, the fill he used was not gel it was some cheap powder fill. They charged my friend $75.00 when we got home my neighbor had went to lovely nails and got the same service for $65.00. Not only were we over charged we got horrible service. They were so rude to use and did not provide the service we asked for. The last time I was there I asked for a flower on my toe and the tech painted such a horrible flower I just asked her to remove it and leave the tips painted. I was going to put my own art when I got home. The tech started talking really loud to her co workers like she was mad but I couldn't understand what she was saying. Timmy told me she didn't like me. What kind of service is that, that tech was slamming her equipment around and cursing me in her language and no one seemed to care that I had just spent $35.00 on my feet that I was so disappointed in. My feet then and now are still not smooth, you can see how they took a razor and didn't even smooth them out. They look like they have been in a hack shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LIKE I HAVE. I can't believe they suckered me 3 times. THAT IS IT FOR ME!!!
