    The good: Nothing mind-blowing, but good, fast food and plenty of it. The biscuits and gravy were delightful, and the coffee was strong but tasty. Prices were about average, around $30 for two (with tip).
    The bad: Staff were mildly rude and kept spilling coffee on us (though not apologizing for doing so). It took far too long to have our table cleared and the check brought.
    And the ugly: The decor is awful, with a 60's/70's western motif that comes off looking more old than west.
    Overall, it's the food that carries this place. Delicious, quick and priced right.

    Great Omelete: Great Food I enjoy there sausage omelete. It's my weekly stop on my way up to Reno.. Great Service and Fast.. Large portion, Little Expensive..

    Another Breakfast Diner to Try in Truckee: Good pre-ski breakfast joint on Donner Pass Road, the main drag in Truckee. The decor is 60's-ish, the coffee is strong and good, and the service is prompt.

    The biscuits were a bit dry, though, and I'd have liked slightly more flavorful potatoes.
