I wish I had read these reviews before I took my dogs. They look cute but I was overcharged for services I did not request and they did not call me to let me know that they would do. When I questioned the extra charges, the owner was dramatic and loud in her explanation. Then she said she would remove the charges, but when she charged my credit card they were still there. I wish I would have stuck with my usual groomer. The Groom Room was able to take my dogs the next day which was good. I am just disappointed that I had to pay $150 for two dogs to be groomed. I usually would pay $60. At least the dogs are cute and okay. If you're okay with spending big bucks with possible unexpected charges this place may be okay for you. Overall the dogs look adoreable and their coat is well conditioned. I can't tell a big difference though from how they look after their regular $30 a piece hair cuts.

They were very professional and one of them was ffing HOT!!!!!!! she looked like a local model. I think her name is Kristen. i wish i went out with her. Shes really hot. damn, whoever is with her must be the luckiest guy in the whole islands. DAAMMNNNN she was HOT.

A very bad experience! I would never take my pet there again. The owner was a nightmare; she grabbed my puppy from my arms and started trimming the fur. All I came in for was just to have her nails done, not any trimming of fur. She was rushing like crazy with no care to my puppy. My dog’s nails were bleeding and not smooth or polished. The end of the nails was ruff. The owner kept saying my dog was a brat so many times and insulting me and criticizing my puppy. The owner was rude. This behavior was totally uncalled for. It's very cramped in the back, a small entrance too. Always noisy and I find the place dirty. Very unprofessional. I was charged extra for service that was not done or ask for.
