You can't beat the fresh, delicious food served by Ruggero & Gina. Great food, friendly service, & interesting art...wish I lived close enough to dine there weekly!
Atrocious: My wife and I ate at Gigli recently and are baffled how this place can claim to be an Italian restaurant. We have dined on Italian food in major cities around the world and have never suffered through a meal such as this.
Gigli offers only a 4-course prix fixe meal ($25 per person) with or without "meat." Each anti pasto serving consisted of 2 olives, 2 small pieces of dry cheese, and one postage stamp-size toast with olive tapenade which the server claimed was pate. The salad containing some wilted lettuce leaves, and was served on a saucer with one slice of Roma tomato, and 3 teaspoons of cannellini beans in oil. The main course was a heaping of flat noodles containing a few slices of carrot, tomato and green bean in a hint of bland red sauce. The non-vegetarian option contained a piece of approximately 3 ounces of a pale, mushy unidentifiable "meatloaf." There was no hint of garlic or traditional Italian seasonings either in the "meat" or the pasta.
Excellent: My sister took me here for my Birthday and I can not wait to return. The food was out of this world. The owners made you feel at home and the artwork added to the entire feel. This is one place more that worth going to!!!

Obviously you have never had Real athentic food cooked by a Real Italian before. Plus Quality, not quantity is key.
