The Most Incredible Mother's Day Brunch!!: We felt like we "Hit the Jackpot" -- when we found the Bluewater Bistro at South Lake Tahoe!! Our Saturday evening meal was the most delicious and beautifully presented meal we have had in a long, long time!!! Jonathon and his staff made us feel so special and welcome!

We asked if there was any chance we could get a reservation for the Mother's Day Brunch the next morning!! Jonathon said if we arrive right at 10:00 a.m. the next morning he could sit us!! We were the first to arrive -- just wondering how they could top the meal we had the night before!! Well -- folks -- THEY DID IT!!

My husband had filet mignon and eggs (both prepared perfectly!). I just had to try the eggs Benedict with Lobster -- I expected a few pieces of Lobster -- but to my surprise!! -- a full lobster tail!! It was presented so beautifully and even an edible flower on top!! We also had a fruit platter and a crab cake!! Our brunch started with a rasberry sorbet with assorted berries -- and the complimentary champagne was so cold and such a quality selection! My Bloody Mary had just the right amount of spice!!!

All of us moms were given a beautiful rose to take with us!! Thank you Jonathon and staff for making it the most Special Mother's Day Brunch I can remember!!

If you are ever in Lake Tahoe -- DON'T MISS THE BLUEWATER BISTRO!! The food -- the service -- the presentation -- and the ambiance and beautiful view of Lake Tahoe -- is worth much more than the price of the meal!!! Sandy and Dave Robinson

My wife and I were refered to the Bistro by Elese @ the Artifacts shop and we had lunch. Blustery day and we had clam chowder and salads. The chowder was a real treat, and the salads were stunning in taste and presentation. The staff were very attendant and professional and warm and helpful too.
This is a Do Not Miss if you enjoy fine food.

Best on the Lake: What a perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner right on the lake. The food equals the view with a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Great for just a drink or a full fledged party.
