    The best: We asked the locals at Schraders where to go for the best food for a special vacation (my partners 50th birthday.) They suggested Haleiwa Joes. It was fantastic/incredible. I would give it 10 plus stars. Would go back in a heartbeat. The manager came and spoke with us and the staff was excellent!! Of note, the Haleiwa Joes in Haleiwa is not as good!

    Great View, Good Food, The Hostess Need Help: Like other postings the food and view are great. But, the hostess refused to seat us with a good garden view because of the server-table assignment. You must demand a good seat. Don't believe them that a table is being held or reserved-they don't take reservations. That being said we are going back tonight as the food and food servers were excellent.

    Great service...ok food.: This restaurant has a beautiful view of a garden as well as a banyan tree up front. Our waitress was wonderful, which is a severe plus for any local restaurant. The food was above average for Hawaii. I wasn't knocked out by my dinner, the pork chop, but I wouldn't mind going back to try other dishes. I would recommend Haleiwa Joe's.
