User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery disappointed: I took my mattress pad there to be cleaned, was told to pick up next week...got there a week and a half after pick up date first they couldn't find it then when they found it and it wasn't cleaned at all, it just sat there. Then they tell me that they couldn't do it, they didn't even call to tell me that, then why do they ask for your phone number!!!! then they tell me to take it to UP TO DATE CLEANERS and that's where I'll be taking all my laundry there from now on....
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsone happy bride!!: I took my very detailed not to mention very expensive wedding dress to them so they could work the wrinkles out before I wore it on the big day and they were fabulous. Side note: I heard from one of he hotels that the other island cleaner wasn't that great (won't elaborate on how, but I wouldn't take my dress there)
