User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsexcellent service: Dave the owner was very honest with me and the troubles my car was having. I had taken it to a few other shops that had estimated the work to be around $2,000. He simply replaced a fuse and my car has been fine since. Thank you Dave for all of your honesty.

am a female living in Waikoloa and have been using Waikoloa Automotive for many years. I have found them to be very professional and offer quality work. I've had friends get quotes at other repair shops and Dave, the owner of Waikoloa Automotive, has always given them a better deal. Being that Waikoloa Automotive has been temporarily closed since October '08, and Chetty's review was written in Feb. '09, his review obviously has no merit.
Sorry Britney, I did fail to mention that my review is based on my time living on the Big Island. I was referring to their services from Aug. 2000 to June 2006. I am glad you had a great experience, this is good for them. It's good to know they improved on their customer service, it has been a long time coming. Aloha
