About:There are many celebrated chefs in Hawai'i, but Roy Yamaguchi is gradually surpassing all of the competition to become the dining scene's brightest star. His Kaua'i restaurant, like all the other Roy's restaurants in the islands, consistently earns top marks with guests and local diners.     Very nice. We make it a point to dine here once during our trip. We have also been to Roy's on Maui. Much to our enjoyment, they even have a Roy's in our hometown of Chicago.

    Excellent Short-Ribs and one of the best Pineapple Upside Down Cakes I have ever had. I was skeptical since this is a "chain-like" restaurant, but was quite glad I gave it a chance.
