    I love the Down to Earth, Kailua store. Most of the employees are friendly and personable and eager to lend help. The store offers a wide selection of healthy and/or organic food and ethnic specialty foods to spice up one's menu. Being a live-in chef, I depend a great deal on this market and fully endorce them. ****

    i love the deli. you gotta try their quesadilla, which comes with some extras (ie. sour cream, avocado and salsa). when there's something i like in the hot food buffet i get a few things, and when i don't want something heavy i go straight to the salad bar. great fresh food, but ONE thing that gets to me is there are a few workers at the deli who i feel that serve others first because of ethnicity. NOT all, but i say 2 of them do this and give out weird looks. i know this b/c i'm there at least 3x a week...on the days they're behind the deli i'm either at the salad bar or hot buffet.

    I love their summer roll since they use avocado instead of tofu. Always get an extra peanut sauce for dipping. They have a good selection of baked goods which is tasty. Make your own salad or you can choose from a selection of prepared foods.
