User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't even bother going to Pinky's, it is way overrated. Poor service and poor food. Some friend and I used to go there regulary, but it is now under new management and not worth the waste of time or money. The poor service started with the waitress spilling a drink on the table. She acknowledged that she spilled it, but did not wipe it up. After 5 minutes of waiting for her to wipe it up I politely asked her to please wipe up the spill. She came back with a handfull of napkins which she handed to me. We received almost no attention from the waitress because she was busy flirting with the table next to us which seated a couple guys. After waiting for over an hour without receiving even 1 pupu order we asked our waitress to check on the pupus for us. She came back from the kitchen with not only the pupus, but the main meals also! To make matters worse, our salads came out about 5 minutes after the hot food. When she heard us complaining amongst ourselves she brought over the manager who was very rude. To complete the terrible service the food was average at best.

The atmosphere was great, the food was great and the drinks excellent. They have the best happy hour found the entire time that we were in Hawaii. Great place to go as a couple, family, friends, really anything. No problems with service, as I said the food was escellent- no complaints. Wish I had a Pinky Pupu's to visit a little closer to home. Did not see any mice, rats, bugs anything. The restaurant was clean. Toys for the kids to play with which was great entertainment for them and they got to bring one home when they left. I would go back in a heart beat.
