About:It may look dilapidated and questionable, but this place is a favorite of locals and has been for years. It does a booming take-away business throughout the day and evening. While an indoor dining area is available, most diners usually choose the outdoor patio area. The fare is simple and meaty. Dishes are either American or Asian in origin.     Very slow service without a smile. The place isn't very clean. The restrooms had an "Out of Service" sign that looked lik eit had been on the door for years.

    But, all of this said, the locals seem to like the place.
