    The customer service is terrible and they don't return phone calls. If you have no questions and want no help at all then this is the place to go!

    If you can find what you need by yourself then Home Depot's are great to go to. But having anyone help you can be a nightmare. There's usually one person on duty in a given section who knows anything about the products, and they rarely are on the floor. Service is seen as an inconvenience for them.
