What a sad cake, almost as sad as the bakery. I went there because of the reviews & let me tell you ,to call this bakery great you must have a very limited taste palate. My kids can bake a better cake. Let's start off by saying I walked into the bakery know one greeted me, the display case was almost bare. As I stood there with a smile waiting for service, two people who came after me got greeted and serviced.(The workers were there looking at me when I came in so it wasn't like they thought they were first)Finally when they came to me I got "what you like?" know hello, know welcome or how can I help you and I wouldn't mind if that wasn't the norm but it seem they had no problem saying it to the other customers. Did I mention it cost $18 for a 8" dobash cake(could of got a sheet cake for that, dobash cake:chocolate cake w/chocolate pudding filling)I kept it simple I ask just for a simply "Happy Birthday" not even a name. Can I tell you when I got there the Happy Birthday look like it wanted to jump off the cake, my 9 yr old daughter has better penmanship. The lettering was in a ugly yellow color the thickness of a person's pinkie. I stood there facing her and said "wow that's really ugly and sloppy looking" her response was "OK". I mention that I didn't even think I wanted it(I prepaid so I already knew I wasn't getting my money back)again all I got was if you like you can leave it or I can fix the lettering. I honestly wished I would of left that $#!% there. But in the back of my mind I was sure, it looks ugly & has a old rotten cherry on top but I know it taste incredible, HA! It taste the way it looked! I would really recommend you just going to your local supermarket support them at least they care and you get what you pay for. Maybe because I've had cake from someplace other then Hawaii is why I wasn't able to fool my taste buds, but you don't have to come from a different place to know Customer service sucks in more then one place out here. Never going back!!!

You're so funny. I suggest you check your grammar because it is about as good as your taste buds. Next time, I suggest you tell your kids to type up your review because I bet they could do it better. Right? =)
