YIKES!!! I bought a Town & Country from them and it was brutal. I got a good deal in the end, but wow, they tried to swindle me and treated me like an airhead in the beginning.
Watch out they play pass the buck ;: Everything was going smooth while they were adding on extras to my wifes town&country she just purchased but when the headrest didn't work right they started playing the old shell game . Finally the said that's the way the car comes it can't be fixed. we know it can. then the pro pac rust proofing 2,000. worth they said couldnt be refunded even though it wasn't insalled yet. My wife finally went to pearl city dealer and upgraded to a limited edition chrylser van so we had a trade in our town country to get it . Now everything works including the headrest, however the $2000.pro coat that was purched but not yet put on the other van is not transferrable according to waipahu cause my wife upgrade at pearl city dealer. The waipahu dealer said they would indeed transfer the pro coat to the new van if my wife comes back and buys the van from only them. Idon't like this kind of going ons and told them of their bulling tactics on my wife and let them know if we cant settle this here we will deal with this issue in court. I thought Cutter dealerships were a family and workd together I guess I was wrong the seem to be a very seperate business. So my word of advice is know who you deal with and ask questions...
Re: Five Star at it's Best: Cutter has a great team in Waipahu. Worth the drive and the vist to pick up your new/used vehicle. The Sales and Service department are all friendly and they answered all of the questions I had. I'm 100% satisfied with my new 300C.
