   Bad experience, follow-up on ordering through TV: Received confirmation # at 5pm, order was told delivery was 35min. Called at 6pm, told that order was not received, and then it would take 1 1/2 hr. Then, she spoke to manager, who claimed she had called to confirm my order but received a voice mail. I said, I was home, and received no call, I was near the phone the whole hr. prior. They had not needed to lie, needless to say, I cancelled this order.

   Delivery and Dine-in: It has been said that this Pizza Hut is the busiest in Hawaii. Your pizza arrives to your house hot. Sometimes not in the time allotted which is understandable. The area they cover is from Makaha to Nanakuli. Their dine in service is excellent though. Rumor has it that they will be opening up a little satellite in Nanakuli to help with the over burdened customer base.
