    $110 just to do a diagnostic test??? They take advantage of you when you're vulnerable. Most places will do the diagnostic at no charge.

    I took my car in to replace 6 spark plugs which has been over due. My husband just got deployed so its just me and my 2 year old and my 13 month old.
    I don't know nothing about cars. I know that it was giving me problems and I always had a hard time starting it. Anyway, the manager said that I needed a new battery, I was reluctant at first cause its expensive. I asked him how long does he think the battery can last before it gives out? I got kids and I don't want it to give out. He shrugged his shoulders... I was so uneasy about the whole think at the sametime my husband called from Iraq. He wasn't sure about the whole thing either. I had to trust my own instincts. The guy later said that we were gonna put the wrong spark plug which wasn't rite for my car in but he changed his mind and said that there gonna put the right one which is the correct one for my car. So I waited for like 4 hours and my kids were hungry and cranky. I dunno what made this guy honest at the last minute and decided to order the right spark plug for my car. So actually they had the intention of putting the wrong part for my car. They put a new battery in and didn't give me my old battery, they kept it. The lady at the counter has bad service too I saw how rude she was to one customer after another. My car is working fine but I hope it was worth all the money and time. I hope they did a honest job!

    They didn't tighten the lugnuts on our car after doing some brake work! We kept hearing noises, so we took it back, they checked it, but they left them loose again. While taking the car somewhere else, we actually even lost one! They also did not use the rim key for the rims that they made us buy and thought they even lost it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
