I contacted the internet sales department to get information on a Ford 2008 F-150. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and actually gave me a price quote via Email. They also set me up to test drive the truck I was interested in. Overall, I had a very good experience with them, and will come back when it's time for a new vehicle:)
The 3rd time I went was the straw that broke the camels back.I gave the staff 3 chances because I figured they were inexperienced at customer service and couldn't hardly speak real english.The service was performed at snail speed but was more affordable at the time than their competition. The last visit was for a factory defect which took the service department 1 week to figure out and fix. They didn't know what they were doing. The customer service representative I had never returned my phone calls and never called me back after he told me he would on the status of my car. I had to call atleast 5X a day to find out what was going on because he kept giving me the run around. Then less than 24 hours after picking up my car with documented repairs and visual repairs the same problem still existed and I was almost stranded on the side of the street after only driving less than 1/2 mile. Needless to say I tried to contact the dealership about this problem and they continued to ignore me. I took my business elswhere and will never go back. I was actually considering trading in my car there and buying another one but after that horrible experience they lost out on my money.
