| About: | Kumu Kahua Theater, fondly nicknamed as Kumu, is a community theater set up to provide a platform to the Hawaiian talent. Founded by professor Dennis Carroll to promote experimental theater, this 100-seated theater produces plays with local themes and tales. Artists, directors, designers and the entire cast and crew comprises only of locals. Apart from plays, it also hosts classes and workshops to improve acting and writing skills.
