Very Professional & Fun!!!: I took a course in Summer of 1995. I met the owner who also was the instructor of the class. He was very good and very explanatory. Covered the origin of every LIQUOR and LIQUER which was very cool to know. My favorite was the FREE POURING technique and the SHAKER & TIN. I was able to learn really quick and know the entire layout of the BAR by the 3rd class day!!!

Overall, BARTENDING ACADEMY has been in my favor since. Before I completed the course, I was already hired at a LOCAL TAVERN BAR and it was a BLAST.

Last but not least, I always follow up with the instructor who is now my good friend on new drinks recipes and new BARTENDING TECHNIQUE.

I currently have my own PRIVATE BARTENDING BUSINESS where I bartend at PRIVATE EVENTS such as weddings, graduations, birthdays, company parties, etc. I can only say that it feels good to know the ART OF MIXOLOGY and it pays to know it by heart.
