The only ones getting serviced is us. Very poor handling of service requests and have decided to mover our business elsewhere.
This dealer only cares about what it can do for itself. Did anyone notice that the only two (2) positive reviews don't have a yahoo user name, just "Local Yahoo user." I wonder if that is because someone at the dealer wrote them? Hmm!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!: Let me start with the good point:
Saleswoman was very nice, and helped my wife and I get into the Xterra without much trouble at all. She deserves an A.
Financing on the other hand.. HORRIBLE.. My wife traded in her 05 Scion TC, and they waited roughly 28 days to pay it off, which more interest had accrued. So the ballance was $50, and they REFUSED to pay it off. I ended up going in to express my concerns about the balance with the finance department and was told that it is not their problem. They blew me off, and ended up being ahead $50. I will deffinetly own another Nissan, but will never buy from them again. Was it worth it to stiff a customer $50, for them to never do business with you again? That $50 is not going to put me in financial trouble, but it is that kind of service that will make me NEVER shop at their dealer again. The Xterra on the other hand is a great rig, but again, please stay away from this dealership and their poor customer relations.
